“Friday 11/21 Jack was super patient and kind to me with my check in process. The app was giving me a hard time. He navigated me thru. Sat 11/22 Sarah was prompt and apologetic when she brought me batteries for my remote. I experienced another staff member Friday night who gave excellent food suggestions. The breakfast options are amazing. That breakfast egg taco was superb. The waffles very tasty and waking up to breakfast is an excellent deal. The area was quiet all the nights I stayed. The surrounding areas seemed well kept no rubbish or excessive activities. I would most definitely stay here again....but for now California I am coming home!!”

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk agent Chrystal was very kind, helpful, detailed, full of suggestions, and welcoming! The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed for a comfortable stay. My room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of travel and as well as my preparation to departure. I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, very welcoming employees. The hotel also offered convenient amenities the breakfast was a perk and the woman I had the pleasure of speaking with that made the food was very kind. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, including the shuttle driver who listened to me complain about how early my departure was, they were always ready with a smile and a helpful suggestion. This hotel provided excellent value for the price, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.”

The front desk staff greeted us warmly and were incredibly professional throughout our visit. They handled the check-in smoothly, answered all our questions about local dining and transportation, and offered suggestions for nearby attractions without us even asking.
